Viterbo University is accepting applications for an Associate Director/Director of Partnership Development and Site Coordinator.  This is 12 month, full time, salaried position.

Responsibilities:

As part of the Graduate Admissions team, the Associate Director/Director for Partnership Development and Site Coordinator will serve as the primary contact for graduate Education programs to all prospective students, school districts, and Cooperative Education Service Agencies (CESA), as well as manage the daily operations for five Wisconsin off-site locations.  The role will work extensively to build relationships and develop programming to support school districts and CESA organizations with teacher and leadership training. 

The role acts as the primary admission contact for all Wisconsin graduate Education programs.  The School offers a Master of Arts in Education, licensure/certificate programs, and professional development courses as part of the University, in embedded in school or CESA districts, and through Professional organizations to meet enrollment targets.  The role supports all aspects of the embedded and professional development offerings, including identifying faculty, scheduling off-site courses, facilitating the course syllabi creation and approval process.  As Site Coordinator the successful candidate will also manage each Wisconsin off-campus location, including site management, scheduling, maintenance, and budgets ensuring fiscal responsibility.

Reports to: Director of Graduate Admissions

Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, Master degree preferred.  Knowledge of k-12 education or Graduate Admissions, recruitment, or Advancement highly desirable. Strong business to business sales and the ability to strategize and work independently is a plus. Experience with budgets, contracts, curricular development, and word processing, Excel, and presentation software.  Collaborative team based skill set and able work independently to meet enrollment goals and best support the schools and teachers we serveExcellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong self-initiative, with ability to establish a vision and provide leadershipAbility to travel statewide on a bi-weekly basis (occasionally weekly), including some nights and weekends.
